The next step in the development of the world wide web (www) is not a 'technology' - neither is its defining aspect 'net neutrality' - those are the old battles.  The battle for the soul of www (3 W's) - the internet is its NEURALITY.

The building blocks are simple - premium information - how do we define premium information? - the following is one such definition.

1. No 'bit' of information 'stands alone.'

​

2. All information must be contained/observed within a 'meaningful' context/field.

​

3. It must be vigorously indexed.

​

If the above are followed, then www (3 W's) - the internet, will be as 'WISE' as the 'SAGES!' of old - if not, it will remain as 'DUMB' as the smartest, current 'ROBOT' (Artificial Intelligence.)
